Not hurricane alley..but since Katrina, the state has yet to become regulated..like Florida. Yes, it is a high dollar large house, but 21k is total B.S....before the storm it was 13k. Here is a pick of the back, cant find one of the front.
Just got a quote from Progressive for a 29 Extreme w/ 425hp 496, value at 120,000.00 with a 3,000.00 trailer and a max speed of 80 mph...... $4067.00. I'm going inurance broke here !!! With the house and autos I am already paying over $21,000.00 a year in insurance !!!! This insurance situation sucks !!!!:cuss::cuss::cuss:
Dang! My agreed value is $220k and I pay $2300 a year. In Florida same as you but my boat is slower (73mph). I go through NBOA in Sarasota...you should call them Wardey.
I have two great resources here in NY that can handle all your ins stuff, they beat jsut about anybody out there price wise......the one guy does all the poker run ins, marinas and perf boats. Most ins guys buy from him directly ( without naming names :huh.....give me a call if you are interested in getting some quotes. 631.724.8707 or email TSPM1@aol.com

That's pretty darned good, Mike. I pay just a bit more than you (2400/yr), but my boat's 10 years older, a little slower, and agreed value of 80k....but it says cigarette on the side, so I get shafted.

Jass, thanks for putting things in perspective for me. State Farm just decided to not renew my house insurance because we are too close to the ocean. Same with all other insurers. So I had to go with LOL to the tune of $2K. But, my house is no where near as nice as yours.
Jeez, what do you do for a living to afford to pay that much for insurance! CEO?
