KEY LARGO, Fla. – A boat crashed into a piling near the Card Sound Road Bridge in Key Largo Wednesday night, injuring several passengers, with one requiring an airlift for treatment. authorities confirmed Thursday.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission confirmed that a 44-foot luxury Catamaran-style boat crashed into the piling at 8:30 p.m.

Looks like it wasn't going THAT fast. Or, an MTI can take a head on like a champ. Or both.

Looks like the seats need better anchors. But the floaty part worked great. Damage was surprisingly limited.
