Why don't they use Infusion for thier builds?

Looks to me like they're impregnating the laminate, squeezing excess out via the rollers, laying it up then vacuum bagging???

Jury is out on that, But Using Prepreg is the way to build the best Performance boat.

It looks like it would be a much cleaner way of laminating and I guess you can reuse the resin that squeezes out as long as you lay-up quick enough??????

LOL it takes all the "Fun" out of it you need Cold storage and a good Oven.
