Bird ID??

This bird was in our backyard the other day. I think that it is a Hawk, but not sure. It was eating another bird!!!!!:sifone::sifone:

Anyone know for sure what it is?

Looks like a broadwinged hawk, but it is unusual for them to be in populated areas.
