Just received sad news that the former Racer and Offshore Legend Bill Elswick passed away today -

Billy was one of those larger than life characters even in this business. God Speed Rest in Peace.

He pretty much lived his life in capital letters. Liked him a lot. While he was on the lam, he rented the F1 track at Silverstone in England, got some cars, and flew his pals over for some beer and sportcar racing. What a guy.......
