a good friend of mine, mike shaffer is looking for a hull to paint and use as signage... his price range i am sure will be as cheap as he can find.

he has no intentions on rigging it or ever putting it in the water... he has wanted to do this for years. he does boat repair and builds marine engines... he is very talented but completely off the radar.
