Still no final resolution. They are hopeful to have one in the next few days, before Cocoa Beach.

The APBA followed the criteria for the appeal process. So, the appeal, along with all supporting evidence for and against, was sent out to the Offshore Race Committee, (ORC), members for a vote to uphold or overturn.

The penalty was upheld by a unanimous vote of the ORC members, the results for the race are now final, unless there is an appeal to the APBA Board of Directors and they overturn the ORC.

I talked with some of the team in the pits on Saturday before testing. They said that they got to the pits 16 minutes after they were put on the trailer at the crane. But, they did say they removed the props and that was a mistake.

With their win in Cocoa Beach, they are in second place for the season, only 12 points out of first.

They are still the favorites to win the championship in my opinion, but the season has a long way to go.
