Not impressed that boat never got past cruse speed looks great though would have thought they would have hammered it for a demo.
Just my observation
WATCHUS N.J.
was it an optical illusion or did the nose appear to be landing pretty deep?? it didnt look to be running that hard yet seemed close to submarining compared to the other apache vids I have seen...

Look at about the 45 mark on the video. They're GETTIN' it in the bay. Boat starts running away from the helicopter.
Chris, boats a 50 w/4 feet of "Euro step" off the back. Not a 47.
Phragle, look at the video around the 3:35 mark. That water they were running in was a LOT bigger than it looked. around 335 you can see the boat coming up the face of a swell and the it's only half way up! heard the swell was 6' PLUUUUUUUUUS that day.
So the owner bought a 52 OL and stripped this thing down cause he didn't like the way it turned out. Someone is going to be able to pick up a killer Apache for a good price I'd bet. Cut the windfairing back down to original height, take that goofy radar arch off and cut the "Euro style" swim step off and this thing will be bad azz!!
Lots of wetted surface in the vid, water is hitting ahead of the winshield most of the time and sometimes at the bow in the calm water but maybe they weren't on it.
