McManus was going in for the kill on Bobby and technically,Bobby still owned the rights.
The case was coming to a close that McManus filed against Bobby with the USPTO and we took over the case and challenged McManus.
Bobby did not have the resources at that point and thought Apache was dead.
Not the case...

The DOJ assignments were defective...simply, they screwed up....

I was under the impression that one apache became two apache with Bobby having one an Ben having one, and that Ben's apache kept the tangible stuff and that Bobby's apache built stuff at Ben's apache.. So if Bobby's apache existed solely of Bobby's ideas and skills, and Ben's apache existed of molds and a building, Mcmanus got Bens Apache and you had Bobby's Apache. (sorry if this doesn't make sense, Im getting dizzy).. So baically Mcmanus had a boat company and your claiming rights to Bobby's brain, but since Bobby's brain is locked away in Bobby's head.. you had rights to a dream but nothing really tangible? Am I starting to catch on??

Ben built 41s and Bobby built the smaller boats .Ben made the 36 mold from a 41 mold .The idea was to compete with the 35 cafe market.This is what Bobby told me.
