Ive been trying to use my phone for the past few hours and almost every call has gone straight to the "all circuts are busy" message. The 2 times my call managed to connect it dropped within secconds.

This has never happened to me before.

We had an update in our area Alltel/Verison try *228 send and then push the update choice. Long shot but worth a try.

Or you could just pay your phone bill!:leaving:

I have Verizon Fiber Optics for phone , TV and internet and no problemsh3@@7{{{{;[[[

Probably a local thing.

I fired Verizon a few weeks ago. Got tired of their lack of customer service.

I got better results talking to the tree in my back yard.
Verizon?!!! :ack2:

Verizon sucks, but sprint is worse....

My dad had a sprint problem and the customer service was second to none in terms of being retarded. When he was on the phone with sprint trying to straighten out a bill after he had canceled their service (they kept billing after the service was canceled), he started getting slightly PO'ed about the customer service and finally asked for her (the phone help) manager/supervisor. When asked for this, the lady said, "Sir, you are a racist!" when he had never even said any racist remarks. At this point, he got really pissed off and said, "What does me being a racist have anything to do with you being an idiot?"

:D

No problems with Verizon (yet) today in NE Ohio. Ditto the cust serv at Sprint. My daughter was with them for a while and had nothing but problems.

"all ckts busy" would not be a recording generated by Verizon Wireless. Those type messages indicate a problem with landline ckts, more often than not. It's probably a fiber cut somewhere between the mobile switching office and the landline telco switching office.

My Verizon service (in terms of the phone working) has always been good but I agree that their customer service via the phone and their website sucks. I have had good luck though just dropping in at my local Circuit City which is a Verizon outlet and working with them on any service or plan issues I have.
