Anybody know who makes this step plate?

Want to find step plates like this 42 has on top of the gunwales. Either the same make or similar. Anybody know who makes them?

A guy here in VA also has a small strip of Rhino Liner sprayed right across the top of the gunwale in that same spot on his 388 Hustler. I know it 'sounds' ridiculous, but it works perfectly, surprisingly does not get too hot, and blends right in with his dark blue paint in that area.

We made a set for a 37OL that are the full lenght then had them chrome plated.

I put one of those on my center console between the 1/4 canopies to step out of the cockpit and onto the deck. It works great and no one ever asks me where should they step while I am busy docking!
