Would you believe that I bought the Powerslave album when my Grandmother came to visit and wanted to take me out to buy a gift.
I took her to the head shed/record store, and grabbed Powerslave on the day it was released.
The guy behind the counter (obviously stoned) engaged me in a ten minute conversation about the artwork on the album cover.
Favorite song on the album was "Aces High"
"Rime of the Ancient Mariner" helped me pass senior year English.
too funny. i just came across this thread. I have the greatest hits in the player in my truck as i type. We use to jam to them when i was in school; or should i say when we were skipping school :sifone:
You guys watch F1 this weekend? Clapton and Nick Mason both in the Ferrari pits. What's with all the richie rich euros hanging out in Qatar? Both guys looked like they were 110 years old by the way...

Those are awesome!
I'm sticking with the toned down checkers, I figure I can wear those to work without too much of a problem...
Oh that's right, I don't have a job yet...

Grandma was cool!
she always gave me a hard time, and smacked me in the arm anytime I was being a smart-azz. Which was most of the time.
Hmm, not much has changed with me.
