Yes the molds have arrived and seem to be in good condition. They are in Michigan and I'm looking for some more back ground info on them. It has been a real battle making sure all Legal crap was taken care of and had to wait for the snow to go away to move them. So let the rumors end and the building begain! anyone interested?

Curious from West Mich just who might you be and are those the old molds that Phil H. had ?:seeya:

Not sure who this Phil is but I'm told they were his or he had something to do with them. As for who I am, I have owned Gun Lake Performance since 1981 I mostly do Welding and Fabricating. There are a few on here that know me.

I bet you know the ole Speed Master himself Tom . Q . & just by chance did you also get the part that was made from the hull mold ?

yes I know Tom very well (he will never admit it) and yes I did get the plug...thats the part I really wanted for a project I am working on....

Very cool and a small world at that ,i have been working on toms old 24 Skater for a friend off and on over the last few year's had it fliped and put a new smaller nut sac with a better design on the tunnel for a surface drive. I have to say that i tried so hard to get Ratickle / Paul to tell me who purchased the molds and never a peep .:rofl::rofl:

Paul did good!!!! I didnt want rumors to start until I had the things in my possesion. I knew that skater well, it once tried to run me over at Hardy Dam when the steering broke while we were racing.....along side with one of my boats...scary close!

Jeff - What molds are these? Are they the Florida Aerotek, or the Mike Bowers Challenger/Aerotek? The Cedar Springs gang had a 22/24/28/30. The 28 was later a Level 10 I believe. What's the scoop?

Not sure if they are the same, I hear all kinds of story's. They are for a 35' and smaller hull is what I know so far.....?

If you want get in touch with me, I have know those molds for the last 10 years. helped built the flat deck on the plug you have. They have nothing to do with challenger or level 10. those are zaine's old molds from fla. Phil purchased them from chris merril.
