Hi i am newbbie . I came from the world before of sailing challenge, than watercraft.
Now my love is for powerboat. I'm interesting about xcat.
I would like to understand better about rhis world: which boat , what manufacter(any link) , engine options, budget for a season , crew... And so on.
Any info or link is very appreciated.

Welcome, I'll try to help...

X Cat is the one Worldwide class where the boats in the US which race Outboard Stock, and the outboards in New Zealand/Austrailia also have legal boats. So, it really has a lot of worldwide potential now that they added the Merc 2.5. I believe their prize money purse was $1.6 million this season total.

UIM and WPPA are strengthening their ties right now, and Class 1 has a race combined with an X Cat invitational in a week or two. 9 teams were invited. Link.....
