the whole primise her is that hot coffee is hot..it will irritate, maybe cause a 1st degree burn like a sunburn.. this lady recieved excessive 2nd degree burns requiring multiple skin grafts and time in a burn unit.. coffee isn't supposed to be that hot.

I've got to agree with Sideshow Bob on this one... before this happened, I would have lost a bet with someone who put up a $100 that they couldn't burn someone's clam shut with a cup of coffee! :03:
