funny story about this picture...
when i was in the air force i traveled about 11 months out of the year to different locations to do our job . i always remembered to take a disposable camera or my trusty 35mm cheapo everywhere with me and when i got home i would throw the film into a bucket in my kitchen. after a few years i had accumulated about 20 rolls of film and 5 or 6 disposable cameras. now if you can only imagine what was on these rolls of film you will get the rest of this story....
i married about a year after i left the air force and one day my wife asked me what all the film was of in the bucket in the kitchen. i told her "NEVER DEVELOPE THAT FILM!" for obvious reasons. "it was of my past and i was not particular proud of some of the things i had done" (or so i told her anyway)...
...about a week later i came home from work and the inside of my house was covered in photos, EVERYWHERE!!! she had taken all 20 rolls and disposable cameras and developed them.
longer story short.... she managed to destroy most of the pics and made a way bigger deal about the situation than should have. go figure...
i was in my garage Friday night and found a roll of film that i did not recognize. had it developed and found a bunch of photos of a trip to Amsterdam where i lived for 2 months.
i just thought this photo was cool because of all the red lights and where it was taken. i wanted to see if anyone else could recognize it...
guess i shoulda named it different
