That is a great looking 32.
This is meant as a boost to Skater and not to be taken wrong. I remember a particular 32 Skater that was running 170 about 5 years ago. Yes, it may have had 100HP more per side.
There is a very small group that is willing to run that fast in a 32 Open boat. Congrats!

I wasn't really coming from anywhere, I just seen 32' Cat going X amount of speed and thought.. I heard 33' Cat went X fast.
I didn't really read the thread, I just kinda skimmed it ( meaning I only read the speed then posted 
) so I didnt realize what was acomplished.192 in that big Skater with the full canopy had to be an ultra smooth ( BAD ASS ! ) ride.

Oh it was, we were hanging at 179 for a bit to let the wind die down, then hit the 192. She actually had more in her, but the St John's bridge was coming up a little too quickly. Let's just say we ran outta room. And a big cheers to Bill Pyburn on throttles. And props to Enzo on the puter working the fuel ratios. To think I trusted my life with Bill and Tom Byrd. :driving: I really did not feel the speed until the decelleration. My poor bro got the call that I was in the boat and then didn't hear from us until 5-6 hrs later, he said he was worried :willy_nilly:
(And sorry, I always get defensive when people talk about my friends. Hell I even defend and stand up for STECZ. Just call me den mutha.)

Why is it always a ****ing match? I could care less what every else has done. I'd like to hear about it if you ran what ever mph yourself. And to Peter's knowledge 170.3 is the fastest. I don't quote people unless it came from them. Many many people say they did 170 but did 169.???? It is all irrelevant though ......... Is it that hard to just say congrats to someone?
