Starting pulling out the interior. Plus I got a nice pair of used electric drop out bolsters.

Pulled the motor and transom assembly. Boat is solid. Check out the coring in the floor and hull sides.

Hull and deck glassed together...rubrail through bolted.

Thanks buddy !! motivation goes a long way.. haha.. I loaded up my motor saturday & brought it home for a few days to start putting some of the accesories on it & get it ready to drop in.. I will try to gather up a few pics & post them later..
