The MAXON cats were build by ChrisCraft as they were ChrisCats. The MAXON cats were a limited edition.

Both boats are very nice but no matter how clean they are, there is no way a 19yr old 30' cat is worth $75k. Unless there is $30k in cash stashed in the sponsons.

Actually Tim did get 1 set (there were 2)...and sold them to someone from Oklahoma as I recall.

The original Shadow molds were never sold, but they were leased out for a boat or two.

When the endangered species boat was racing it had a double wide canopy on it and was tagged as being a PUMA CAT.....Russ Houston ran it with Clay Wilson.
