I have 2 Bravo XR Extremes, 2 HD transom assemblies. One of the transom assemblies is new, the other has 3 hours as do the drives. Also 2 brand new couplers, 2 bell housings. Basically all the stuff to convert. Also have 2 new M&M Bracket assemblies for the steering. I'm not sure if your buddy wants bone stock or if he wants this High Perf stuff. Barry
