I think the Cheetah was a very creative design. The Spectre however is not a copy of anything. The 30 was tooled up from wood, the 32 modified from parts of the 30 and introduced after 1 1/2 years of hull testing to determine the best tunnel compression and step placement in it's 5 step design...
