the article above is saying her childeren born in the US are legal US citizens. They won't be allowed to attend school in mexico so she has to apply for citizenship over there for her kids. I thought it was funny they are willing to enter mexico legally but not here:USA:

unfortunatly nascar is more worried about ticket sales than upcoming racers. attendence for the nationwide series would drop big time if they cut out the cup guys. I would like to see a limit on how many nationwide races a regular cup guy can enter per year, maybe like 10 or so.
