You havent provided nearly enough info for an accurate number. Hull weight, current CG are going to be the two biggest variables. You would still need to give what distance from the CG are you moving the 100 lbs 12 inches. CG is fun to play with, but it requires a lot of info.

100 lbs would effect a lighter boat more than a heavier. Also, moving the weight a foot off the transom or a foot off the CG would also greatly change the effect on balance.
