After that accident we started seeing improved cockpits including the hat behind the seat and lids on the canopies. Improvements continued due to more accidents over the years, but Kevin's accident was very difficult on alot of us.

I just saw that the opening race for 2011 is being held in Abu Dhabi after being scheduled for Dubai. The schedule does not show Dubai as having the last race either. They have been the last race since hosting the event in '92 or '93. Also only one Victory Team boat is on the entry list.

Great racing in SCL. The 388 and 77 put on a show. That is what were looking for. Alot of good pics are floating around. Some of them with 388 in front, and some the other way. Any news on the final determination of the winner? Way to go Ryan!!!
