If you go on the OSO site and check with Richie Powers(7xChamp) he could mostly likely help, as Richie worked on the KAM engines and rigged and tested most of boats for Carl K. back in the day.

Over the years a few years back, have driven from NJ to Fort Lauderdale and back and never been passed by a car or truck using a Chevy Dualie Pickup with two 20 gal factory tanks and a 25 gal mounted tank in the bed.
I think the best time was just about 15.5 hours.. would leave NJ around...

Years ago, how many races were won or lost due to a navigator doing or not doing his home work on a race course, It was a part of the race.
I wonder how many racers/boaters can plot a course without GPS today?
Keep the web tracking and bring back the compass and plot real race courses and...

Yes, Jeff was a really great guy. We worked on my Purple Magnum Sport and then I raced with Jeff in all three of his boats

I have to agree with you on that about Bill.
Bill raced Street Stock cars at the old Wall Stadium on the Jersey Shore for many years, and it was the lowest class of cars that raced there and Bill was just one of the guys each Saturday night, just having some fun.
