My motor is comeing out of the boat this week, Time for a repower. The engine has almost 4 years of hard running on it. Looking forward to the new power plant.

We used to have a 26'. First motor was a 572cid, big cheifs, and a tunnel ram. Made 800hp+ and if you could keep it pointed, would slam into the rev limiter at 100mph pretty hard. Later, we put a 454 in it, made 550hp, and ran real nicely into the mid 80's. Steve makes some really cool boats.

There are only a few race boatswith singles. Puerto Rico had a class it did well in years ago.

Mines an 89 w/454s Merlin heads, Edelbrocks, IMCO shortys.
It's been a great boat for 3yrs now. I have the motors out now to port match intake/exhaust and some head work/valve job.

Runs mid 70s w/load anywhere. Looking for 80 this spring.
