Actually a little sunburned from yesterday. Maybe a little wind burned also. They called for 6 mph winds yesterday. They were off by about 15. White caps all day long.

Some "hacker" emailed me on the email I used to sign up for OSO 17 years ago and told me they have my password (That I used for OSO 17 years ago) and that they used it to remote access my computer and have me on camera masturbating. I changed my password here during the Great Forum War of 2010 when it appeared that some alleged admin for both sites may have allegedly leaked our logins. :boobflash:

If they actually had a recording from my camera, this is what they would see.



Thinking about not sending $700 in bitcoin.

That's happened to me more than once. I just change every password that utilizes any partial of what info they say they have and go on with life. They would have the same screen shot as yours.

It will always keep happening.

One friend had his business ransomwared, they locked up everything in his entire database. Luckily he had a lot on offsite backups. The FBI said don't pay, they always come back and demand more.

Oh, I know... plus... they don't have a video... they just have an email address and an old password. That old password doesn't get them in as remote admin. Just thought it was funny they used the stuff Heather had access to.
I got my files encrypted on my work computer once. I had IT reimage my drive and I started over. I had everything really important somewhere else, or in sent and received emails. Phuck em.

Heidi’s vet office owns 700 clinics from Michigan to California. Last September a hack took down their whole system. They would not pay. Cost them thousands and thousands of dollars. Incredible how they took down 700 offices.

It doesn't feel like Memorial Day. I have a tradition of reading stories of valor and picking a specific US armed forces member to remember today. ALL DAY. I keep that warrior in my mind ALL DAY. I didn't do it this year, and it feels terrible. Remembering them all at once somehow isn't the same.

Next year, I guess.
