That is interesting.

The tunnel is so narrow, and the two hulls so wide, I think you may be able to put two 400's on each side and not have anything intruding into the tunnel.
 
The other thing I notice, the two hulls are so flat it must really pound in rough water. I hope I get a chance to test one, or read a test on one, in some normal Pacific Ocean rough water. I've never seen a bottom design like that. Not in any offshore cat ever.:huh:
 
That sounds about right for a boat that size without a vacuum bagged layup.

I do not know their lamination schedule though. So maybe the weight is elsewhere?
 
I have to believe when they pull off the 400's and put on 350's, 5"s deeper in the water, it will be a really slow boat. That is a lot of additional drag.
