Some of the Serious News Team had the pleasure of visiting Saber and reviewing the progress of the 28 heading for the Miami boat show. It is one heck of a good looking boat. Nice lines, good power, and awesome credentials.

The power is coming from twin 520 Merc's. They are the very first "Blue" engine in the Mercruiser line to carry a full 2 year warranty. In the 28, it should be one heck of a headturning performance package.

 
Anybody have any guesses as to what kind of speed numbers they will see out of a 28 with twin 520's?
 
Spent some time chatting with Doug and Jamie. They have good traffic considering the first day the show is not really open to the general public. I believe the boat is the only true 28 with twins at the show. We'll be doing some more digging. It is a sweet boat!
