Yep. It's a shame. That is a great venue with loads of local support. I hear nothing but good things about Biloxi. They rarely seem to get a huge turn out. First race of the year is usually not the best for attendance. We were just not ready this year or we would have been there for sure.

Did you enjoy yourself? It's my wife's favorite boat race venue. Even ahead of Key West and the Gold Cup....

We did have a good time. It's a city of contrasts.........the new casinos are great but the reminders of hurricane damage are still there, and the community is very welcoming and working hard to get bigger and better.
Thanks to the Beau Rivage for the great party (beautiful hotel and casino) and our stay at the Hard Rock was the best.......because the staff is the best.:hurray:

Lee is washing his jeans for our first race. He has a ripped old Steve Quick Jeweler.com t shirt to wear. Why?

Can't make the shirts without a photo of the boat with lettering. Can't letter when the paint is still wet.

This season is feeling long already.
