But what is going on with the exhaust on the transom??
Almost looks like both above and below water exhaust.
I don't get it.

Missed the exhaust thing, good catch, I believe it is a reflection of some sort in the crappy photo. I am also digging the seats:D Thinking of parting with mine, not as cheap as that one, but someone would be WAY ahead of dumping $$ into that thing.
 
Ok, so it isn't just me thinking the exhaust is f-ed up...

BTW tell-tale signs it is NOT Pantera...
Aside from the fairing and dash...
The vents on the transom are out too far from center.
Vents on the sides are too far aft.
There are just too many clues to make me rule out Pantera.
