Really sucks!

The only thing that I see that would be a problem is the lack of trailer - but someone could pick up a decent used trailer for what? ~2-3K?
That would make a pretty nice package for under 20K.
And, the Scarab III is like a condo on the water. I imagine your power is enough to still move it pretty good (they are heavy).
I wouldn't be afraid of TRS drives either, I used to love mine.
People have been saying parts for them are getting scarce for over ten years now... whatever...
