Soooo, its been pretty quiet as far as plans for the run... Joe.. Mike... any news? Whats the plan? You do know its next week right lol...

I am not going to be there. :(

Joe has been really busy of late, but I spoke with him Monday night. There are no solid plans, but it looks like it'll just be the same thing as last year...meet outside Portage, run to Michigan City. Big difference will be the assurance we have this year that we can dock on the wall and raft up...as opposed to having barges in the way and getting pulled over by the Coast Guard. ;)

So...really its just a matter of setting a time to meet outside Portage.

It would be too much of a hassle...I've got enough logistics to get ready for the bike trip...I'd be running around like a nut job between launching the boat, running down to MC, then Portage, then MC, then NB, pulling the boat and getting over to sign in for the bike trip...and I'm supposed to be on vacation!

yeah, well I'm confused on the nut job part... isn't that you normally?? lol Sucks you cant make it... but makes sense....

Thats right I`m making Mike feel guilty

I don`t remember Brian being into biking Mr. Summerfliesby! Thats right you should cancel that $hit, spring and fall is for biking, summer is for boating cause summer flies by!

Come on Mike, tell us how you really feel...

That VooDoo rules over Wesco, Trails over Water, pumpin pedals over pumpin throttles..

We can take it, we're grown ups'.

But the truth is it's really .... dum da dum dum...... Michelle's 1000 mile maintenance requirement. Keep her workin hard.

Actually...not too far from the truth Paulie. I have as much fun on a twisty singletrack trail as I do behind the wheel of the Fontaine. Road biking, not so much, but that's all Michelle will do.

Somebody set a time!

I say everyone meets down at the same place last year just outside Portage around 11:45. Run starts back towards Michigan City at NOON. From Portage run towards Michigan City and run about half way down to New Buffalo. From there, boats can then go raft up along the wall or head back to one of the Michigan City beaches around stop 4 to stop 6 and anchor and watch the practices. The water is normally clear there and is all sandy bottom.

Sorry guys. I have had alot of family stuff transpire over the last week here. I may have to sit a few plays out boating wise for a bit. Not to mention the broken axle on my boat trailer the other day. New axle is getting shipped today, but whether or not I will have time to install it, is another thing.

Been waiting for the races since last year, as I had such a awesome time, but family comes first of course. If things come together, I will be there as planned.

Leave the boat and come jump in with somebody else. The stress release would be good for you bro!!!!! Besides, not seeing you lying on a raft 30 feet up on the sand beach with Keifer would just not be normal!!!!!!! Damn that was funny!!!!!
