We put the shortblock together today, I dropped a roller lifter like a clutz and
cracked it so I am ordering new ones tommorow. Probably get the long block done by next weekend and blower on following weekend.

when will you be testing and what do you hope to get out of it with the upgrade?

Best I have seen so far with the HP500 is 69.8 without playing with props
(stock 26p powertech 4 blade) and a lot of slip. With the 5blade and the blower I
am hoping to break 80mph which would be a lot for this old heavy resin bucket.
Sure rides nice though...


Probably be end of febuary before weather,time and money allow me to get back in water.

Looks like I may go Sunday Frank. Brandon totally bailed and Jennifer has stuff going on both days. My parts show tomorrow to finish a couple of small things for the boat and it will be ready. I will give you a buzz when I head that way.
