I have a small pair of diaganol cutters that are a true flush cut. I bought them to cut tie wraps so there would be no piece left hanging out to cut you to pieces. They work awesome. They cut a tie wrap to where the thing is so smooth....no more bleeding in customers boats. They also make excellent nail clippers, splinter removers, etc. Made by Snap On.

II have to say, there have been a few tools there like impact sockets that have held up! I have had 2 of the sets for 4 yrs now, never hurt one yet, I and I am hard on them, used on parting out Mustangs weekly.
Another one. One side of the old bugs had left handed threded lug bolts. A fact I learned after breaking a breaker bar with a six foot piece of 4 inch black iron pipe, BEFORE twisting the head off a bolt.

I have a set of the same impact sockets. I needed one deep socket, and it was cheaper to buy the whole set there, than the single socket at Sears. I've had them for five years now, and have yet to break one. I did break a Craftsman deep socket. It seems they aren't designed to be driven on with a smaller socket, after you've rounded off a bolt. It didn't hold up when struck by the BFH.
