How NOT to Tow a Stuck Front End Loader

When I lived in Milwaukee we got a huge snow storm and the city declared a snow emergency, meaning you had to remove your car from the street. I was out there watching and end loader with forks spearing cars and loading them on to a flat bed semi trailer and yes they were stacking the cars on the trailer. Oh the people also got a ticket for illegal parking. They don't mess around in the big cities when it snows heavy.

was watching this on tv last night, those guys dont care that they ran into a car, snow emergency or not. they are union, they'll wreck stuff and mess it up and no worries about getting fired.

this gov't is what we're supposed to trust to make the best decisions for the people? haha we're all screwed.

He'll get back to the garage and brag to his co-workers "you should see the carnage I caused today" :smash:

That was a city owned Escalade with 95,000 miles on it, the city got that from the EPA ! an Escalade from the NYC EPA ! too funny.

They showed that clip 500 times today. City owned car, city owned loader and loader operator. meanwhile..... Buncha dumbchits creaming sue sue sue!!!

But I bet the operator didn't know it was a city owned vehicle. He showed complete disregard for property, period. I'd be totally pissed if it were my vehicle.

Watch close. that loader is a mini. The tow truck yanked that thing around like a red headed stepchild.

Problem is that he is a loader driver not a loader operator. During a snow emergency any azzhole can drive a loader. They just can't operate.

Now theres chatter on the news that the drivers were told to slow down to soak up more overtime. Phucking union workers :beatdeadhorse5:

Soon, all of the union workers will only be government employees, or those who do work for the government.

Real business can't survive it.

"Union workers" is being used here as a general term. I belong to a union and can say that our union has made many concessions with contractors to keep our men working. So don't go bashing all unions.

There is a HUGE difference between skilled labor union workers, pipefitters, electricians..ect... and the generalized shop unions like the city street departments shown in this video. I have a buddy who works for a unionized public works dept. The storries he tells are enough to make the average working man vomit. My buddy proudly carries his operators card around in his wallet and I wouldnt turn him loose on my lawn mower.
