I've got a near new spare XR sitting in my garage.......and a 21 ft CC with a 150 O/B so I don't need it anymore.
I replaced the upper gears in my XR's then 5 hours later over-trimmed the drive idleing into shallow water.....cracked the upper housing at the input shaft. Installed a spare to keep boating and fixed this one later.
It's a brand new upper housing, new bearings, new seals. The case cracked at idle but the gears were fine, they have 5 hours on them. While apart we emptied the lower housing, the internals are in great condition. I sanded, primed, painted, clear-coated the lower before re-assembly.
$4,200 pallet delivered to a dock.
