First step south!

One week into December and I'm already cold. I can hear the boat whimpering from the barn. I love sun and water, and wonder, WTF am I doing in this frozen tundra called "Kansas".
So, we stuck our necks out and found a house in NewPort Richey Florida.
Jeanette and I look at pictures each night as if it were Shania Twain in a Playboy centerfold. (Ok, maybe that's just me).

Looks like I am gonna have to get to the west coast more, now with you, Gino and Steve all in the same area, sounds like trouble.....................or some fun boating Dad lives about 40 miles north of there, so I have a reason to visit.
