Ratickle....Someone posted that a 30 Phantom SVL with a 525 just did 100...can you confirm that...

Yep...... that was an impressive speed from a 30 Phantom , but they were reported as being disqualified, for entering a 525 SVL class with different engine package.

Some tech inspections issues were brewing at the shootout, triple digits in a 30 Phantom V did not appear very stable,,, ,,,,,It would be interesting to find out what power package they slipped in the boat ,,,,

It was great to see the Time Bandit display, and Travis.
The Pirate Boat and Watch Your Back were in the Street party parade

The Fountain SVL was consistent with speeds and won, (I heard they may have sold it to someone at the shootout).

Wonderful event, worth the drive,,,,,,a must see for 2011

Out of the 60 classes listed can someone show me the 525 SVL class.

Didn't it read single engine canopy? I guess 60 classes wasn't enough.
