Keep it coming. Your time and dedication to sharing this is incredible.
I Thank You!

Artie, we setup this french fork mixer of Iranian origin, here they are batching a structural putty used in Balsa bonding ( for our Dubai branch) which was canned and shipped out. I color coded these to avoid any mixups.

Steve , dam i thought you were mixing dough to make bread :rofl::rofl: put then again it looks like DBF because of the color .

We faced the raceboat Hull fixture with plywood and then pulled a mold, the edges were very sharp and required 3 strips of surfacing veil to be placed so we could get it skinned out without having a problem.

Working on the skin coat on the wall there are pictures of the Emir of Kuwait and the Crown prince ,common practice over there the big guy gets respect and is seen all over.

What we did here is to make a couple molds that sat on the hull mold to create the Sides of the fishing cat, these lived on Pipe horses and could be rotated up vertical to laminate the gunnel cap and a return behind the coaming and for gelcoating until they were placed on the hull mold.

The vacuum system is in now you can see the piping on the wall and on the left a gelcoat rig we built, the vacuum pump was a blower from a air raid siren that was bombed during the war, I had a 10 HP motor on it and all was well, it worked good.

Thank You this boat was a little different than the norm.

Here is the liner for the Port side these were two pieces going in and the hatches were the entire cockpit sole giving the ability to offer anything a customer wanted by changing them out, the counter sunk screw locations were molded as well.
