When I bought the Lambo I was deciding between Ferrari and lambo. Difference I found was Ferrari has belts that need changed every three years. Lambo needs nothing. People are putting 20K miles on them with zero problems. Mine has been flawless.

You probably already know this, but Ferrari switched to chains when the 430 came out. All of the models since then run chains instead of the belts, so no more of the famous question, "have the belts been done?". The belts were a pain in the ass. :ack2:

Lambo & Ferrari have shed the ol "service/maintenance" issues of the past. My buddies that have had Lambos, have not had any issues. The same goes for the Ferrari's I've had. They both have REALLY stepped up the reliability.

Maximus: you could easily daily drive a Gallardo if you wanted to.

Before or after I totaled it a couple months ago? :)

Oh no! :(

What's your garage looking like these days? I remember you having an arsenal of AMG machines a few years back. It looked like a Mercedes commercial in there, hahaha. :cheers2:

I've been driving an 2006 Black CL55 for the last few months.
Great cars to drive & very peppy

Still have AMG's - all a lil newer since I you saw them - an SL65 (w Kleenman upgrade to approx 660hp & 830trq), a CLK55 and an ML63 SUV.

I've got a few other "domestic toys", one of which I think Marc was referring to in an earlier post. It was an absolutely pristine 2006 Ford GT with barely 2K miles and an 800hp upgrade. Took it out for a lil joy ride on a sunny Sunday afternoon and ended up totaling it :( I also have a 2010 ZR1 that I was planning on driving instead but at the last moment decided to take the GT - Oh well - everything happens for a reason I guess :) Now I'm negotiating on another GT :cheers2:

Just got a grocery getter in Florida last weekend for the winter when we go on the Mut, nothing of the magnitude of the wheels shown here however...

LOL - I got knocked out during the excitement and was unconscious when the police arrived so an ambulance was called out. No problem though - just a lil dazed for a while :)
