I'm pleased to announce the creation of a new membership category, Patron.
Since it's inception, this site has been fortunate to have people that donated freely with their time and with financial support. We've been asked on occasion by members how they can do more. We wanted to do something commensurate with their dedication to what we're doing here.
Patron membership comes with several additional benefits. Patron's will have access to a member's only section, exclusive Patron apparel and invitations to exclusive events at the various places the Serious crew is in attendance. They will also have a SeriousOffshore.net e-mail address, 1,000-capability PM box and the ability to promote their businesses in ther signature lines.
If you're an existing Founder or Charter, you will be upgraded to Patron Founder and Patron Charter respectively. Obviously, our Benefactor members will have full access to all of the features afforded by the Patron membership.
We have also upgraded the PM capability and added photo album capability to Contributor as well.
For our Charter members, your membership has the same features as the Contributor level and will remain no cost to you through 2010.
I want to personally thank everyone that has made a contribution to the site since our inception. While our basic membership will always remain free, I hope these added feature- our way of saying thank you- is enough to show our appreciation for your generosity.
