Well, looking at a playboy is a hell of a lot better than you posting about looking at a playgirl....
 
You and Kelly would look good in that boat!, you can leave it in my yard, but the fuel tanks have to be full before you leave it!

Got a lot happening this week. Like working on a deal to sell my main house....that would really free up cash. Also, Cant move to quick because im 98% certain i am going to be makeing an even bigger purchase soon too(details to come). Didnt realize things were just going to go crazy just like that!

Good luck with it. I would be all over this too if I didnt just have some recent changes. The good part for me is that I may be able to increase the boating budget for 2010 if things go well.

If you do get the boat I would like to see you start a new thread. Good luck!
 
No $hit. Bill isn't going to be able to live with 496's. Mostly because he's not going to be able to live with seeing everyone's transoms a couple miles ahead.

Look at the bright side- on the raftups you'll only be tied up on one side- and you get to leave first. Whether you want to or not.

The 496 has limited and expensive options on making more power.

Does that Playboy have XR's on it?

It's not, but you'll tire of it quickly. I know it doesn't seem so now, but the shine will fade once you've had it awhile, and you'll be looking for more.

Wait until you get your house deal done? It sounds like you could step up your options a little after that? :cool:

Personaly I would love the 496s just for Ins costs alone and it wouldn't bother me in the least bit to be the last to the raft because I like to leave when I want to blast around and the 496s would make that a little cheaper also. But thats me and I am just to old, so I'm told:rolleyes:
 
Excuse me, but whats inexpensive about a HP525 engine package?!!
I know I definitly have a 496 bias, but there's nothin wrong with a properly ,reasonably priced upgrade to a pair of 496's. There are quite a few boats out there with our packages and they don't stare at the back of any HP525 equipped boats I heard off.

WMF- Now they have pissed me off!
You get that Playboy and we'll make sure you got some 496's that will hold their own against any Merc HP525EFI. We love to be the underdog!
