Shop is in Duncanville. He also painted the middle orange boat in this picture. Both good looking although I think he learned his lesson in boat painting.

Two different fountains. Look at the windshields. One has a windshield and "unleashed" has a racefairing. Didn't Rick Cleveland of Red Oak Line X paint that fountain you posted a picture of? I remember seeing it there. Been a few years.
