1.35 17 x 39's

Are you on the rev limiters?
We are spinning 38's but want to try 40 or 41's. Little worried about getting up on plane with no ventilation but the 38's hit the rev limiters at will. Will still keep the 38's for rough water and heavy loads.

Do you know what the X Dimension was before spacers? 149 is a big number.
Chris

If you looked up "maintained with an open checkbook" in the dictionary, you would find a picture of Lin's MTI. The X is a standard factory setup. The hull was tweaked. Thats about it. 149 is a real number.

One word for you Tantrum.....FORGED!;)

Finally tucked away in the garage. Tight squeeze but it fits....:) Now I can sleep again.

So are you saying the 1 inch spacer works w/ the stock X or does it compliment the "tweaked" hull.
149 is a huge number to run in the shootout with stock 850's.
Just trying to get some ideas before the money is spent on a second set of props.
Goal is to have a smaller set for rough water / boat full of people and a taller set for some of the faster poker runs and top and when GL is around :driving:

149 isn't a shootout number, I believe he was in the 130's, but everyday boating it would run 149. That 39/40 doesn't pull the hardest in a 1 mile drag race.

Now, when it had the 1200 race engines in it.... :ack2:
