Naples to Key West

Anyone headed to Key West from the Naples area, Friday or Saturday during the races? I'm planning on going over but I've never taken the ride over. Looking for someone to follow out there. I know some people are heading over Thursday but that's a little early for me. If I cant find someone to tailgate I'm gonna take the Ferry over:ack2:

Leave Marco, Turn left, about 90 miles you're there.
The sea conditions can be nasty that time of year. Best to go real early.
If the winds are strong and coming from anywhere out of the North, hug the coast to Marathon and then shoot over to KW.

I talked to bob by email, very helpful. I definelty plan on talking to him before the trip. I would love to get out thursday but Im cutting it a little too close to when I get down there.

We have friends taking the ferry over Friday morning, returning Sunday morning. PM me if that's what you're doing. They are in Naples also.

Peter, this is one of my friends but not one of the scooter participants. That being said, I think its pretty safe to assume he's game.
