Sad to hear. I'm sure Cigarette was a huge part of Neill's life, being employed by Cig since he was a kid.

Hopefully something even bigger will develop because of it.

i read the artical with braver and how when he purchased cigarette he asked neil to invest by mortgaging everthing he owned and become a minority partner in cigarette..

i'm sure he will picked up fast with all his knowledge..

thanks neil for giving me the tour of cigarette on 188th street back in 02'.
 
For a little while the used boats just became worth a little more.

They will be known as Neil-Built and Post-Neil. :(
 
Maybe skip was surfing this site and saw all of Sammy's designs, figured he could get the kid for a song and decided to make a move...I mean really, didnt you see those designs..if only picasso was a boat designer.:rofl:

you got that right! Neil has survived many dipsticks over the years. skip thinks he is the smartest guy in the world. if neil didn't stay on in the beginning skip would be toast. neil can go anywhere its just f'd up that he needs to. cig has long attracted the ego freak owners since don and skip is the worst. neil is a real brother. shame.

Time to start saving some money and maybe in a couple of years we can put together a group and buy Cigarette :)

Lipship is worth more? Dunno.

You know, I looked at buying Enriques old 30' once.

I climbed up in the cabin and took about 10 pics.

Phil asked WTF I was doing I told him I figured Anna had been naked in there at least once. :drool5:
