Assuming like power, which one would you go with? All non-step (obviously)... I think/know the Apache is related in some way to the Cig's, but don't remember the details.

i guess its, do you like the big red one on the side, or the big crazy indian head.... hmmmm , doesnt really matter.......lol

I prefer the Cafe's looks over the TG - Raked windshield vs. straight and the Cafe's recessed portion up front keeps me out of the drink after the dew falls and the liquor flows. Also like how down below the couch is seperate on the cafe where as on the gun it flows into the V-berth.

Rumor from knowledgeable sources (not me) is that the TG is slightly faster with Same HP. When comparing the TG and the Cafe it is impossible to see the 3 foot length difference, and what i mean by that is the cockpit space is the same and the cabins feel the same, so don't expect to really NOTICE how much bigger the TG is.

Cafe was pulled from the Mistress Mold. Cafe Owner's are typically cooler than Gun owners.

In the Cafe's/Guns expect 70 from 525's - you might see more, you might see less.

As for the 36 Apache - I have never even seen one so I have nothing to offer. I don't think any of those boats will have much sympathy for waves, and I guess it goes without saying that you are going to need a decent truck to pull any of them - an F-150 or a Suburban won't cut it.

I agree with the above comments , but, would add that the 36 Apache puts you in a group of cult like owners , some very good and some that you don't want to be seen with , :sifone: of course the Cig's are worse than that

They are all good have fun shopping !!

All three are great boats and I'd take either one!!!

If you want more head-room in the cabin go with the Apache, it's roughly 5'10" when you step in.

Hey Geronimo - any idea how much more your Apache weighs than a Cafe?

Just curious.....
I'm not sure what the cafe weighs but depending on the year (newer vs older) the 36' Apache weighs between 9,500 and 10,500 dry. Speedwise they're about the same as the Cafe with similar power.

I have to agree with everything said here. Especially the last part...:sifone:

Can't go wrong with any of the 3 though.

Per the manual, my cafe weighs 9600# dry...that's been debated though. I suspect it may weigh more.

Sounds about right considering Bobby built the 36' to compete in the Cafe market and it was supposed to be a 35' but someone on the left coast can't use a tape measure! I'm not complaining, I'll take the extra foot thank you!!! :)

I wouldn't hesitate to buy either one!! :driving:
