It said full auto so you would need a class III FFL to buy one and keep it.

That gun is for Military only. Would not even be class3 because all of those have to have been made before 1986.

Either a class 3 FFL or an ATF tax stamp. Thats a whole other animal that for the most part is unrelated to the AWB.

How long do you think it'll be before that thing makes its way to the civilian population? Civilians have M16s and AK47s now.

I own a Remington .12g pump shotgun with an 18.5" barrel. I grew up in a very small town in the Ms. Delta. I hunted everything from rabbits to vultures with my father's rifles shotguns and pistols. I earned the Expert Marksman badge in Army boot camp.

I hope it makes it next week I will buy 2:drool5: As far as civilians owning M-16 they need to be 1986 or before rifles and one has to have a class 3 lisence for fully automatic firearms(not the easiest thing to do). Civilians own AR -15`s and Ak 47 SEMI AUTOMATIC Only.I am glad you at least own a shotgun.:seeya:
