It's not bade enough that it is ugly as sin, and is some weird designed un-known boat that he is claiming to be a Cig, but it is ratted out completely, and the guy thinks it is worth $21,500. I am putting my boat on ebay for an even $200,000 and when it sells I am picking this bad boy up.
